Liability Waiver: With this right to participate, I hereby release Wisconsin Dells Festivals Inc, Wisconsin Dells Visitor & Convention Bureau, Dells Area Cruisers Car Club, Lake Delton Area Lions Club, Wisconsin Dells Automotion Committee, Noah's Ark Waterpark, Village of Lake Delton, Sponsors, and all others who may be concerned from any liability of injury or losses to myself and/or family during the event on May 19 & 20, 2007. I also consent to the free use of my name, my likeness and image for any purpose whatsoever.
